Shipping & Returns

Nothing here sits in a warehouse. Each piece is made after you order it, which takes a few days, and then it has to travel to you. Most orders arrive within two weeks, though it can stretch to three. U.S. shipping is $9.95, plus $4.95 for each extra item. If something isn’t right, write to hello@calledbythyname.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
